At ManCore, we work to get your premium denim to you quickly, safely, and without hassle. Shipping and returns are always free. Below is everything you need to know about delivery times and tracking.

Delivery Times

Worldwide shipping: international orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, including a processing time of 1–2 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep using this tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free. You'll never pay shipping fees, regardless of your order or destination.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@man-core.com.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. ManCore cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Multiple Shipments

In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages (for example, if an item ships from a different location or due to stock allocation). You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments, and each package will receive its own tracking number.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the customer.
