How to return
Returns are easy. Just follow these three steps:
- Start your return in seconds via our returns portal: returns.man-core.com. Just enter your order number and follow the steps.
- Receive your return label. You'll receive your prepaid return label right away by email.
- Drop it off. Take your parcel to any DHL point. It travels back to our warehouse in Germany, and we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives.
How to exchange
Want a different size or color? There are two ways to exchange:
- Return first. Send your item back via our returns portal: returns.man-core.com. Once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection — unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached — we'll ship your new item free of charge.
- Can't wait? Simply place a new order right away and return your original item. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we'll refund it in full.

Measuring instructions
Waist
Lay your favorite pants/shorts flat, measure your waistband and double this number.
Hip
Lay your favorite pants flat. Measure the width 14cm below the waistband in a straight line and double this number. Depending on whether you want to wear them looser (raised) or tighter (down), choose the size closest to this number.
Upper leg
Place the measuring tape around your thigh. Slide the measuring tape up as far as it will go to measure the circumference of your thigh.
Pipe opening
Lay flat and measure in a straight line from edge to edge. Double this measurement to find your leg opening.
Inner seam
This is the length of the trouser leg measured from the crotch. Lay the trousers flat and measure from the crotch seam (the point where the left and right sides meet) to the bottom of the leg to find the measurement.

Yes. Our denim is made to have a slightly fitted feel when new, the way quality premium jeans should. Within about an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit — so give them a little time before sizing up.

- Receive your return label — Your free prepaid return label is emailed to you right away.
