ManCore offers free exchanges and returns within 100 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

How Returns Work

Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:

1. Start your return — Head to our returns portal at returns.man-core.com, enter your order number, and follow the steps.
2. Receive your return label — Your free prepaid return label is emailed to you right away.
3. Drop off your package — Take it to a DHL point near you. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we'll process your refund or exchange.

How Exchanges Work

Want a different size or color? You have two options:

1. Exchange through our returns portal — Return your item via the three steps above. Once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll ship your new item free of charge.
2. Need it faster? Place a new order right away and return your current item through the portal. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we'll refund it in full. This gets your new size to you sooner — and increases the chance it's still in stock.

Exchanges — A Few Tips

Thinking about exchanging for a larger size? Our jeans are designed to have a slightly fitted feel at first — like a new pair of premium denim should. Give them a little time; within an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit.

Desired size unavailable? Contact our customer service team — we'll gladly let you know when your size will be restocked.

Purchased from a Retail Partner?

Items purchased through one of our retail partners can only be returned or exchanged at the store where they were originally purchased. We are unable to process these returns through our online return procedure.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery
