Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep using this tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. ManCore cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Multiple Shipments

In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages (for example, if an item ships from a different location or due to stock allocation).

You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments, and each package will receive its own tracking number.

 

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs for reshipping and return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
