You can return or exchange your items within 100 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are always free.
Yes, we ship worldwide — and shipping is always free. Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days (including 1–2 business days of processing).

Yes. Our denim is made to have a slightly fitted feel when new, the way quality premium jeans should. Within about an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit — so give them a little time before sizing up.
Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Start your return — Head to our returns portal at returns.man-core.com, enter your order number, and follow the steps.
- Receive your return label — Your free prepaid return label is emailed to you right away.
- Drop off your package — Take it to a DHL point near you. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we'll process your refund or exchange.
