Exchanges & returns

ManCore offers free exchanges and returns within 100 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition with tags securely attached.

How to return

Returns are easy. Just follow these three steps:

Start your return in seconds via our returns portal: returns.man-core.com. Just enter your order number and follow the steps.
Receive your return label. You'll receive your prepaid return label right away by email.
Drop it off. Take your parcel to any DHL point. It travels back to our warehouse in Germany, and we'll process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives.

How to exchange

Want a different size or color? There are two ways to exchange:

Return first. Send your item back via our returns portal: returns.man-core.com. Once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection — unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached — we'll ship your new item free of charge.
Can't wait? Simply place a new order right away and return your original item. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we'll refund it in full.
