Shipping

ManCore ships worldwide. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Exchanges & Returns

ManCore offers free exchanges and returns within 100 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

How Returns Work

Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:

  1. Request your return — Email us at support@man-core.com with your order number.
  2. Receive your return label — Within 1 business day, we'll email you a free return label.
  3. Drop off your package — Take it to a DHL point near you. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Purchased from a Retail Partner?

Items purchased through one of our retail partners can only be returned or exchanged at the store where they were originally purchased. We are unable to process these returns through our online return procedure.

Exchanges — A Few Tips

Thinking about exchanging for a larger size? Our jeans are designed to have a slightly fitted feel at first — like a new pair of premium denim should. Give them a little time; within an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit.

Need your new size quickly? The fastest way to get the size you want is to place a new order right away and return your current item through the three steps above. This gets your new size to you sooner and increases the chance it's still in stock.

Desired size unavailable? Contact our customer service team — we'll gladly let you know when your size will be restocked.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery
